WEB APPLICATIONS FOR MEDICAL DEVELOPMENT

Human health is important for better human life. A healthier society contributes maximum to development of a country or a nation. Historically different methodology and techniques have been adapted by humans to avoid and fight diseases, for cure, treatment and health improvement. With the passage of time more new techniques adapted, treatment methods changed and inclusion of new technologies introduced new horizons in the field of medication, hospital management and health record system. 

The advancements in the field of medication and healthcare are based on the advancement in the internet technology. High speed internet connections around the world have made many un-achievable tasks possible today. Internet globally connected the world making it a global village. Communication methods in the form of voice, video and data allowed different aspects of human interaction and communication to get new horizons. It has also revealed the concept of virtualization. Java One:
 It is the demonstration of EHR on Java Card 3.0 technology based devices, developed in a consortium by Inria and Gemalto, and supported by ANR with experimental deployments supported by a French Authority. This system ensures EHR system based on Java cards with centralized server, smart badge and a smart Java card USB using DBMS. Its availability is ensured at patient’s home even without a need for Internet connection, so that patient can use his Smart Java Card to view his medical information and history. Works are in a centralized system for a centralized database and server to ensure good cooperation among all the elements but with protection requirement for sensitive data sharing. For central server, patients may not directly be connected, rather it is meant for doctors and medical staff to work in close collaboration to sort out problem and ensure better treatment. Patient can though access the server using Web App specially designed for his Java Card. It allows him to synchronized and authenticated from the server using HTTPS protocol and internet connection.
Doctors have smart badges that is similar to Java Card but it is used to upload patient’s data and information through his Java Card and this data is then transferred to centralized server by the doctors for analysis and treatment.
AdvancedMD:

1)-Administration Management:

Administration Management feature allows the Application user to control the entire EHR system. Basically it allows the access of database of patients, doctors and about administration and management itself. The application is designed such that it provides easy graphical interface for accessing the records in database. 
2)-Registration: 
Registration is the most important element of every database which contains information systems. Since the application holds up data relevant to doctors and patients, so login or registration forms are created to contain some important and basic information.
3)-Patient's Panel: 
Patients are allowed to enter their requested information and see their medical record and information by finding all these information through the specific path specified for them, i-e “Patient Side” button. This makes the doctors to find any patient’s record available with his primary data relevant to his medical history and information about the disease. Patients can also find and edit their accounts for changing the basic information about them. 
4)-Doctor's Panel: 
Doctor is allowed to check any of his patients by their name, shows off the complete information and record of the particular patient. The patients medical history, on going medications, disease information, medical reports and other information. But first doctor need to register himself on the web for this application. He can also edit and re-enter his own record. 
5)-Logout from App:
Security is main consideration in developing online apps. So login and logout for every person using this app is created.
6)-Authorized User:
It is also associated with security. Every concerned person for whom the app is designed needs to first enter his/her complete information as requested by the software program and then stored in a database. This is how users are authorized for using the app. They get access to their required information by using user name and passwords.
